Question: Forex software question: what do i do now?

Can someone please help me. I've studied 3 courses on trading stocks and Forex. I want to trade Forex. I've loaded a software program that's like Metatrader. What do I do now?!? How do I find the candle setups like the ones pictured in the books? How do I find pennant candles? How do I find the Bolinger band sqeeze? How do you manually backtest without using the auto- backtester on the software? How can I apply, what I've learned from books, on the software? Or is there a forex mentor available?
