Most trading software has charts. Buy if the price is above the moving average and sell when it goes below. When dealing with a tip service that is more complicated than that, you must remember, if their ideas really worked, they would be worth a fortune to big traders like banks and hedge funds, so why would they go through the expense of setting up a web site and giving the information to you for free? (or for 29.99 a month for that matter)
